Dorian R. Schwartz is an abstract expressionist artist and psychotherapist, whose work serves as an artistic exploration of the way in which the human psyche relates to the limits imposed upon it. These messages are conveyed abstractly through the use of colour, shape, texture, structure, and illustration. Her work has been exhibited across Canada and the UK.
Dorian graduated in 2014 with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and her Masters of Counselling Psychology in 2019. She lives and works in Toronto, ON as an artist and psychotherapist. Her art is often inspired by her experience in psychoanalysis and the formation and understanding of our personal identities.
